• Extend a warm welcome to customers, if necessary, to a seat or a standing area where they can place an order.
• Follow cooking instructions, safety precautions, and sanitary regulations as you prepare food with the kitchen team.
• Make specialized hot and cold beverages using kitchen appliances like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso makers.
• Clear tables, return trays to the kitchen, sweep and mop floors, wash and sanitize cooking utensils, and maintain bathrooms each day to make sure the restaurant is clean.
• Respond to complaints and issues from customers in a polite and professional manner in accordance with restaurant policy.
