Job Overview:
The cafe staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a cafe and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Assist in the preparation of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth cafe operations.
