Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations : Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the cafe, including scheduling staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises 1 2 3 .
• Staff Management : Managing front-of-house staff, hiring and onboarding new employees, training staff on beverage preparation and equipment usage, and supervising the performance of all cafe employees 8 9 10 .
• Financial Management : Tracking and maintaining financial records, managing budgets, and monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure profitability and efficient financial operations 1 2 .
• Customer Service : Nurturing customer relationships, addressing customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and making suggestions for menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal variations 8 9 10 .
• Inventory and Supplies : Coordinating with vendors, ordering supplies (including food, beverages, and other necessary items), tracking inventory, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available 1 2 4 .

The typical qualifications and requirements for a Cafe Manager position include 2 3 9 10 :

• Experience and Expertise : Previous experience in a cafe management role, hands-on experience with professional coffee machines, and knowledge of cafe-specific operations 9 10 .
• Leadership and Communication Skills : Excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service attitude 2 3 9 .
• Educational Background : Ideally, a bachelor's degree in hospitality IHM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
