Youre also comfortable with POS systems, managing inventory, and handling all the operational details that make a cafxc3xa9 run smoothly. If youre passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a collaborative, high-energy setting, wed love to have you on board.YOUR TEAMYoull be leading a dedicated team of front-of-house staff, working closely with them to ensure everything runs smoothly, from training new hires to managing daily operations. Together, youll create an environment where both guests and staff thrive.WHO YOU WILL REPORT TOYou will report directly to the Head of Operations, a leader who shares your passion for excellent customer service, team development, and the art of mithai.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Team Leadership: Supervise and support the cafxc3xa9 team, ensuring high standards of service, smooth operations, and well-trained staff.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee cafxc3xa9 operations, manage stock levels, place supplier orders, and ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for daily service.

• Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, handle inquiries or complaints, and ensure every guest has a memorable visit.

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.

• Menu Innovation: Experiment with seasonal menus and beverages, creating new offerings that reflect customer preferences and trends.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene SOPs.

• Collaboration: Work with the Head of Operations to streamline processes, improve service, and develop long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced cafxc3xa9 or restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and operations.

• A strong team leader who can manage, train, and motivate a diverse group of people.

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a solid understanding of POS systems.

• Ability to work flexible shifts as required by the cafxc3xa9's operating hours.

• Pre-opening experience is a bonus but not essential.
