\xc2\xb7 Take responsibility for the business performance of the Outlet.\xc2\xb7 Analyse and plan Outlet sales levels and profitability.\xc2\xb7 Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.\xc2\xb7 Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports, including staff control, food control and sales.\xc2\xb7 Create and execute plans for sales, profit and staff development\xc2\xb7 Set budgets & agree them with senior management\xc2\xb7 Plan and coordinate menus, working closely with the head chef\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the operation of the outlet ensuring FOH & BOH staff are working as a team.\xc2\xb7 Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff, with a strong focus on customer service.\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer queries and complaints.\xc2\xb7 Meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu.\xc2\xb7 Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.\xc2\xb7 Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cashComply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per monthSchedule:
