Job Title: Cafe Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen helpers.
• Create staff schedules and allocate duties effectively to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize wastage and ensure availability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Uphold cafe cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality to maintain high standards.
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales and expenses.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase cafe visibility and attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred (not mandatory).
• Certification in food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
