A Store Incharge is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a store, including:
• Staff management : Hiring, training, and supervising staff, including wait and kitchen staff
• Scheduling : Managing staff rosters and finding replacements when staff are absent
• Menu planning : Planning menus and food service, and listening to customer preferences
• Inventory : Tracking inventory and ordering supplies
• Budgeting : Monitoring budgets and finding ways to lower operational costs
• Customer service : Responding to customer needs and complaints, and working to resolve them
• Health and safety : Ensuring dining areas comply with health and safety regulations, and preparing food and beverages accordingly
• Marketing : Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the cafe
• Maintenance : Addressing maintenance issues and organizing regular cleaning schedules
