Role Overview:

The Cafe Executive will oversee the daily operations of the in-house cafe at Munich Motors. They will ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and create a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide a premium cafe experience.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.

Operational Management:

• Oversee cafe operations, including preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the cafe.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels of cafe supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and prepare usage reports.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with staff for smooth service delivery.
• Work with other departments to organize events or customer engagement activities in the cafe.

Sales & Marketing Support:

• Promote cafe offerings to customers visiting the dealership.
• Upsell products and suggest specials to enhance sales.

Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to the management on cafe performance, including sales and customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a cafe or F&B service role.
• Experience in premium customer service environments is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of cafe equipment and operations.
• Proficiency in handling POS systems.
