2. Supervision: Building program of all heating and A/C and Refrigeration based on daily schedules
3. Equipment Inspection and Assessment:Conduct regular inspections of supplies, tools,machinery and equipment to identify potential issues or areas that may need maintenance. Ensure economical use of the tools
4. Emergency Response: Quickly respond to breakdowns or unexpected equipment failures, ensuring that downtime is minimized to maintain production schedules.
5. Diagnosis: Identify the root causes of equipment failures and breakdowns by working with maintenance teams and using diagnostic tools.
6. Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance technicians, mechanics, and engineers to ensure prompt repair and maintenance activities
7. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, such as personnel, tools, and spare parts, to address breakdowns efficiently.
8. Scheduling: Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule to prevent future breakdowns by conducting routine maintenance activities and predictive maintenance.
9. Cost Management: Monitor and manage the budget allocated for breakdown maintenance, making sure it is used effectively and efficiently.
