We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for welcoming and seating customers, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the cafe.

- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about the cafe and menu.

- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure optimal customer service.

- Address customers' needs and requests professionally and efficiently.

- Handle any customer complaints or concerns, and escalate to management if necessary.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

• Restaurant/Cafe: 2 years (Required)
