: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cafe Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. As a Cafe Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including seating areas, counters, and equipment
• Restock supplies and inform management of inventory needs
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
