:Designation - CAE -CrashExperience -3 to 6 yearsEducation - BE/B. Tech/ME/M. TechJob Location-ChennaiN/P- Imm. /15days/30 days /45 days /90 DaysNote -Male & Female Both can apply.Male candidates having work from office.Female Candidates having work from office for initial 2 months only then ;WFH process will be there. :-

• Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a recognized university.
• preferably in automotive application.
• Should have minimum 6000 Hours work experience in any CAE Pre-and Post-processor, preferably using ANSA/ PAMCRASH/LS-DYNA CAE tools.
• Experience in analysis and post processing of full vehicle high speed crash simulations.
• Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principals
• Conversant with global regulatory and non-regulatory norms for crash and safety
• Past experience in providing full vehicle related counter measures and design suggestions. Knowledge of optimization techniques and processes.
• Experience in CAE to test co-relation, vehicle target settings and refinements as per latest automotive trends.
• Good communication, report writing, technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Preference for cross domain basic knowledge of NVH and Durability.

B.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES -Create and validate the CAE system/assembly model for full vehicle ICE & electrical vehiclesDebug and solve CAE calculations for full vehicle modelAble to validate correctness of CAE results & Proceed Evaluations [Summarizing CAE results]Finding issue, Root cause, Mechanism and propose feasible solutionsDeliver analysis results to the reporting project Leader/Team leaderFollowing the best practice methodsSupport the technical requirements to the satisfaction of the clientHelp in creation of Knowledge Management Documents with support from the technical specialist if required.Enhance client relationships with technical guidance in the Crash DomainKEY SKILLSESSENTIAL SKILLSI.Good knowledge of automotive modelingII.Good Knowledge of Model building using ANSAIII.Good Knowledge of PAMCRASH / LS-DYNA solverIV.Good knowledge of META for post processing & result interpretationV.Knowledge in FE model Quality criteriaVI.Prepare standard reports with CAE solutions / recommendations.SOFTWARE SKILLSANSA / PAMCRASH/LS-DYNAAbout Company:#ComeJoinUs in #EngineeringABetterWorld.
