Job Description

Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of working experience in CAD modelling, Automotive/Product CAD simplification optimization process. Preferred domain will be from companies into automotive / product reflective surface led still / moving imaging space. We are not looking at candidates from architectural or interior design backgrounds. Skills required Working knowledge of software like Autodesk 3DS Max, Blender, Catia, Rhino and allied optimization software like Pixyz. Candidate should have a good knowledge and thorough understanding of the entire workflow including but not limited to modelling, texturing, UV mapping, unwrapping, retopo, and other techniques for creating the 3D asset for automotive, FMCG, consumer durable products etc. The candidate will be working on complex data heavy engineering CAD models received from customers which require to be optimized to make them conducive for operational ease in the software mentioned above. Need to have a deep understanding of the file structures and types to receive and deliver the final CAD models. Skills desired: Unreal Substance Painter. Other skills required: Candidate should be able to communicate his/her points to his supervisor colleagues. Language is not a barrier as our teams are comfortable in conversing in English, Hindi, or Marathi. Candidate should be self-starter and able to take initiatives to enable the team deliver projects on or before time. Candidate should understand that customer s experience and satisfaction is paramount. He/she should be skilled at multitasking and aspire to be a CG Generalist over time. We appreciate candidates who have an interest in allied arts, photography, doodling etc. They come in handy sometimes while discussing various customer s projects. So, there is a scope of showcasing those skills as well. Candidate should be comfortable with fast paced working culture without losing an eye for detailing on quality output and results. He/she should be calm under pressure and assist the team in completion of project deliverables. We encourage team effort, therefore needless to say we need team players. The candidate should be ready to handle internal and/or customer feedback and troubleshoot any issues if required to assist final deliveries.
