Cad Engineer
Job Description
• Concept design and Feasibility study of the chassis & cabin parts
• Design and development of interior & exterior trims parts like door trim, dashboard parts
• Design and development of sheet metal parts like cabin floor, panels
• Experience in Product design and development process for Cabin
• Material selection for components.
• Designing of cabin parts for more durable and reliable life using CAE tools
• Knowledge of component tooling and provide tooling input to supplier
• Familiar with Design quality tools like NCR, DFA, DFM, DFS, DFMEA & GD&T.
• Technical discussion and Co- ordination with vendor for new components
• Analysis of field and production failures/ Problems and design improvement.
• DFMEA, DVP finalization of the system
• Making Statement of requirement, technical requirement for the supplier design parts
Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience Required : 5+ years in the similar field.
CAD TOOL : Solidworks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
