Job Description

A Leading real estate and construction company based in Bangalore, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, with proficiency in creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet specified criteria.
• Modify and update existing designs as per project requirements and feedback from the design team.
• Create detailed layouts, elevations, and section drawings for construction projects.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and maintain accurate records of all designs.
• Coordinate with the construction team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the drawings during the execution phase.
• Participate in site visits and meetings as required to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Bangalore is a plus.
