:Work Location: Rishra (Hooghly), Close to KolkataMode: Work from officeWork Week: 6 days barring 2nd & 3rd SaturdayOffice Hours: 09:30 pm to 06:30 pmPick Up & Drop: Well connected by railways with high frequency of local trainsReporting to: Senior Manager - DesignJob Purpose:To Manage and create successful Jacquard designs and Yarn dyed dobby CAD design collections for Jayashree textiles brands Linen club and Cavallo etc. Understanding design trends, visiting different markets, regional design requirements, dealers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements developing range accordingly. Need to do collection planning, developing sample booking sets, presentations to dealers. To ensure sustainable growth and profitability of OTC brands by offering best design collections as demanded by market. To design collections from in-house CAD jacquard sampling looms. Coordinating with Sampling vendors. To adhere to the design calendar to achieve business goals as per planned.Job Context:Developing dobby CAD design collections is core job, launching a well-balanced design collection according to the regional market is challengingAccountability / Supporting Actions * Dobby CAD Design collections : For OTC Menswear Shirting

• Sample developments : Developing samples desk looms/blankets
• Collection sets: Developing design collections sets with all details numbering and barcoding.
• Customer/Dealer Presentations : Collection presentation to customers/dealers.
• Market/store visits: Understanding market/design pulse is important.

Required Minimum:Must know CAD DesigningMust have designed Shirting Fabric (Menswear) for a minimum of 1 yearMust have Bachelor of Design / Bachelor of Textile Design from any Designing InstituteMust have high learning agilityWilling to work from office
