CAD Design Engineer

We are looking to hire a Creo CAD engineer in Coimbatore with about 5 years of experience in 3D parametric CAD for mechanical structural parts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing parts that are machined, cast, and injection molded. Sheet metal design experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Key requirements include proficiency in design and detailing, along with a focus on automation of parts/assemblies. Familiarity with parametric design, relationships, pro/program, and family tables is crucial. Knowledge of PDMLink and the ability to set up and manage Creo are essential, including formats, templates, and config files.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience in design fundamentals and the ability to use appropriate references for product design. A degree in mechanical engineering is preferred with consideration for a design degree from a technical college with demonstrated ability. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required, along with the ability to effectively communicate online.

The role demands a detail-oriented, skilled, self-sufficient, and proactive individual. This leadership position will establish standards and oversee a team focused on quality and productivity in a positive work environment.
