Job Overview:



We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified CA Inter candidate to join our team As accounts manager . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, with experience in handling financial accounting, reporting, and auditing. This role requires strong leadership abilities to oversee the accounting department and ensure smooth operations in compliance with financial regulations and standards, with a strong emphasis on

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting & Financial Management:

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing. Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Supervise the reconciliation of financial statements and general ledger accounts. Review and monitor cash flow and forecast financial performance.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Handle statutory audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits. Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and ensure compliance with indirect and direct tax laws. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and manage tax-related matters.

RBI Returns & Regulatory Compliance:

Prepare and file the required

RBI returns

on a periodic basis, in accordance with RBI regulations. Ensure compliance with RBI's regulatory framework for NBFCs, including monitoring and reporting on liquidity, capital adequacy, and asset classification. Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure timely and accurate submission of returns to RBI. Track changes in RBI regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial practices.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Conduct performance reviews and provide training for junior accountants. Foster a positive work culture and facilitate skill development for team members.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and take corrective actions as necessary. Provide insights and financial analysis to help senior management make strategic decisions.

Internal Controls & Risk Management:

Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including fraud and financial mismanagement. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.

Cost Management:

Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Review and analyze cost structures and suggest cost-saving opportunities.

Other Responsibilities:

Liaise with other departments to ensure financial alignment with overall business goals. Provide financial support and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Stay updated with the latest financial regulations, accounting software, and industry trends.
