We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and will be exposed to a wide range of financial tasks, including internal and external audits, GST, taxation, compliance, property and land valuation, This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of accounting and finance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Audit
o Assist in planning, executing, and completing internal audits.
o Evaluate and verify the accuracy of financial records, internal controls, and accounting systems.
o Perform substantive testing, analysis of financial statements, and documentation of audit findings.
o Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports, presenting findings to senior team members.
o Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend process improvements.
2. GST & Taxation:
o Support the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring full compliance with GST regulations.
o Assist with tax filings, including income tax, corporate tax, and other indirect taxes.
o Perform tax computations and help with tax reconciliations, ensuring all deadlines are met.
o Stay updated on tax legislation and assist in tax planning to help minimize tax liabilities.
o Assist with the preparation of tax audit reports and work closely with clients and internal team to ensure full tax compliance.
3. Compliance:
o Ensure that External and internal operations comply with all regulatory requirements, including accounting standards, tax laws, and industry-specific regulations.
o Help in preparing compliance reports, maintaining up-to-date records, and tracking due dates for various regulatory filings.
o Assist in conducting compliance reviews and internal audits for company.
o Support the team in ensuring adherence to accounting and auditing standards.
4. Property & Land Valuation:
o Assist in valuing residential, commercial, and industrial properties, considering market trends and other relevant factors.
o Support land valuation activities, analyzing factors such as location, zoning laws, and environmental impact.
o Research market conditions, property data, and relevant legislation to assist in accurate valuations.
o Help prepare detailed valuation reports and support senior professionals in client
6. General Accounting and Financial Support:
o Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
o Perform reconciliations, including bank and ledger reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
o Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
o Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and ledger management.
7. Client Interaction & Communication:
o Communicate with clients to address queries related to taxation, audits, and property valuations.
o Assist in preparing client presentations and financial reports.
o Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely support.
o Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality financial services to clients.
Requirements:
• Pursuing or completed CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of internal and external audit procedures.
• Understanding of GST and taxation laws, including income tax and corporate tax.
• Basic knowledge of property and land valuation methods.
• Familiarity with AI-powered accounting tools and automation software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
