Job Description
Auditing:1. Examination of Books of Accounts, finalization and preparation of Audit Reports.2. Internal & Stock Audits of Private Limited Companies.Direct Taxation:1. Income Tax Matters for all kind of entities.2. Filing of Tax Audit Reports in Form 3CA, 3CB & 3CD and IT returns.3. Assisting the team in preparation of data for representing cases before appropriate authorities.4. Ensuring compliance with TDS provisions by the entities.Other responsibilities accomplished:1. Prepared audit programs.2. Analyzed draft financial statements including notes to accounts.3. Reviewed compliance in various other operational areas of the organizations in audit, accounting & finance.4. Preparation of Project Reports, Projected Financial Statements, Cash Flow and Funds Flow Statements.5. GSTR Workings and Filings.6. Filing ITRs7. Companies ROC Filings.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
