With a team of dedicated professionals, we strive to deliver the best solutions to our clients.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the financial activities of the firm and personal finances of directors.

• Prepare and present comprehensive business plans and financial models for securing funding and loans.
• Manage and monitor all collections from clients, ensuring timely and accurate receivables.
• Handle all aspects of income tax filing and ensure compliance.
• Manage GST filings and related processes.
• Collaborate with the legal team and external consultants to ensure all financial processes are in compliance with legal standards.
• Prepare regular financial reports and present them to the board of directors.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and strategy.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits as required.

Educational Background & Desired Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in preparing business plans and financial models.
• Expertise in income tax and GST compliance and filing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with legal teams and consultants.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
