Company Description MyAkountant is a cloud-based solution provider that specializes in transforming Finance and Accounting (F&A) operations for large and midsize organizations. Our platform automates and streamlines financial close operations, intercompany accounting processes, and other key F&A processes. Integrated with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, MyAkountant enhances operational efficiency, real-time visibility, control, and compliance, all within a unified cloud platform. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Team Leader for a CA Fresher CA Attempt. As a CA Fresher, you will be responsible for assisting with financial close operations, intercompany accounting, and other key F&A processes. You will work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and compliance with accounting standards. This role is located in Pune. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Experience or knowledge of financial close operations Understanding of intercompany accounting processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments Good communication and interpersonal skills CA Fresher or CA Attempt with relevant experience or internships Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
