Key Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to assist in decision-making.
• Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.
• Statutory Compliance : Assist in ensuring timely filing and compliance with various statutory regulations and obligations.
• Client Interaction : Liaise with clients to gather necessary data, address queries, and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Process Improvement : Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in deliverables.
• Coordination : Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
• Documentation : Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
• Completed IPCC (CA Intermediate) or equivalent level in the Chartered Accountancy course.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with GST, income tax filings, and financial auditing processes.
• Experience working with MSMEs or consultancy firms is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools is advantageous.
