Job Overview: As a CA Articleship Trainee, you will undergo practical training that is an integral part of your journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant. Audit and Assurance:
Assist in planning and conducting audits for clients.
Perform substantive testing and analytical review of financial statements.
Prepare audit reports and documentation.
Accounting:
Maintain and update accounting records for clients.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
Taxation:
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (direct and indirect taxes).
Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Advise clients on tax planning and optimization strategies.
Financial Advisory:
Support in the preparation of financial models and business plans.
Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies.
Assist in due diligence and other advisory projects.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
Prepare and submit various regulatory returns and forms.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to gather information and clarify queries.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing CA qualification (passed at least CA Foundation or equivalent).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and tax regulations.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
