Job Overview: As a CA Articleship Trainee, you will undergo practical training that is an integral part of your journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and Assurance:
  • Assist in planning and conducting audits for clients.
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical review of financial statements.
  • Prepare audit reports and documentation.
  • Accounting:
  • Maintain and update accounting records for clients.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
  • Taxation:
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (direct and indirect taxes).
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Advise clients on tax planning and optimization strategies.
  • Financial Advisory:
  • Support in the preparation of financial models and business plans.
  • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Assist in due diligence and other advisory projects.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit various regulatory returns and forms.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and clarify queries.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Pursuing CA qualification (passed at least CA Foundation or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and tax regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
