- To prepare financial statements showing a company\'s financial position, performance, and cash flow.
- Financial Reporting including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls within the organization
- Plan and coordinate internal audits, defining audit scope, objectives, and timelines
- Prepare audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Manage the ERP implementation project, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization through ERP.
- Overview activities related to Direct and indirect Taxation, TDS, ROC Compliance and other Tax Compliances
