This role is part of Enterprise Excellence CitiLean Reengineering Team based out of Gurgaon. The team runs key strategic program based on business priorities. This role will be responsible to support and drive Global EE Lean programs.Some of the key offerings of the Team are Revenue Enhancement, Operating Model and Process Optimization, Data Analytics, Project Management Framework, Digitization / Automation, and Training / CertificationsProcess Engineer will be responsible for providing analytical support and leading project workstreams to improve risk and control, client experience, process efficiency and revenue expansion driving measurable results as a part of project delivery. The role requires the person to have passion for problem solving backed with excellent understanding of Banking Domain. The Process Engineer apply CitiLean Methdology to conduct a fact based review of key business process in Citibank and work with cross functional team. Exposure to process automation tools will be an advantage.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting CitiLean and Smart Automation projects within or across businesses
• Responsible for leading data analysis and/or leading project workstreams from scoping to implementation leveraging continuous improvement/CitiLean tools and analysis to deliver on project outcomes.
• Responsible for leveraging and leveraging automation capabilities to simplify process.
• Exposure in conducting automation feasibility study and recommending automation solutions
• Interface with business, key stakeholders, & leadership. Proactively communicates with senior leadership.
• Support project workshops, pilots, and other delivery activities to achieve project targets/goals
• Educate teams in CitiLean and Automation tools, techniques, and principles.
• Work with cross-business teams to ensure communication is effective and achievements are communicated in a streamlined fashion.
• Conduct training for staff in CitiLean and Smart Automation tools, techniques and principles via workshops and formal training sessions.
• Influence re-engineering strategy and execution, including continually improving CitiLean and Smart Automation toolsets, etc.
• Accountable for achieving measurable and sustainable operational efficiency results, and consequently, financial benefits.
• Use all Lean Levers to develop Target State Operating Model that drive Client Experience, Process Efficiency, Revenue enhancement and/or Optimizes Controls
• Based on the business requirements create proof of concept for automation solutions

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6+ years total work experience (ideally with deep experience in financial services)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of data analytics experience, preferably in supporting projects in a re-engineering/consulting organization including use of project management and analytical tools
• Candidates with strong exposure to process automation tools will be preferred
• Strong data analytics capabilities especially cost analysis and internal/external benchmarking
• Ability to work effectively with senior managers and with large teams across countries, functions and businesses
• Strong communication skills and the ability to structure logical analysis in presentations
• Excel and PowerPoint skills are key
• Strong exposure to Process Automaton Tools
• An understanding of Citi's businesses, the major strategic issues and the senior management landscape would be beneficial but is not required

Educational Level:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA (desirable but not required)
