  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities in Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, and Jashmir
  • Make proper customer visits and business strategy planning in consultation with Reporting Manager
  • Daily customer visits to existing customers and maintaining and growing current customer relationships
  • Develop new customers and distributors
  • Maintain complete customer data and visit reports in SFA
  • Participate in various marketing events and exhibitions to promote the brand
  • Maintain proper communication between customers/distributors and the organization
  • Work as per organization policies and provide the best services
  • Collect payment and statutory documents from customers to complete the sales cycle
  • Contribute to the distributors channel in the given territory by training and monitoring their work, meeting the targets of institutional rate contracts as new customer development
  • Set targets for the distributors and corporates and ensure these targets are met
  • Meet end users frequently, understand their area of research, and suggest products that align with their area of interest
  • Appoint distributors in untouched (No Business) areas
  • Add new customers to the existing database
  • Report all sales activities to the Reporting Manager
Skills / Knowledge
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
  • Reporting skills (business-level English writing) and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and intense customer focus
  • Good knowledge of Chemistry
  • Knowledge of the territory
  • Self-learning skills and teamwork
