Job Description

API Development & Troubleshooting: Design, implement, and maintain .NET Core web APIs. Focus on bug fixing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise in the QA and Production environments. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems.


Operational Excellence: Tackle operational tasks, such as debugging and troubleshooting complex issues in live systems. Ability to break down big problems into manageable tasks and propose effective solutions quickly, especially when under pressure.


Code Optimization & Maintenance: Engage in continuous code cleanup and refactoring to minimize future issues and improve system stability.


Collaboration & Support: Work independently while knowing when to ask for help or guidance. Support team members in identifying issues and sharing knowledge to resolve complex problems.


Self-Motivated Learning: Take ownership of your learning and development, keeping up with the latest technologies and best practices in .NET, and other related technologies.


Skills and Qualifications:


Extensive .NET Core Experience: Solid background in designing and implementing web APIs using .NET Core in recent projects.


Debugging Expertise: Advanced skills in debugging and troubleshooting complex production issues, with a strong intuition for identifying root causes and devising solutions.


Experience with Elasticsearch: Experience working with Elasticsearch is a plus but not mandatory.


Operational Focus: A focus on operational work, specifically bug fixing and ensuring code stability, is a key part of this role.


Code Optimization & Maintenance: Comfort with refactoring and optimizing code to prevent future issues and improve overall code health.


Independent Worker: Self-driven and capable of working independently while maintaining communication and collaborating effectively when needed.


Eager to Learn: Strong desire to learn and grow in the software development field, keeping up with industry trends and new technologies.


Desirable Skills (not required but a plus):


Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.


Experience working in an environment that prioritizes code quality, testing, and maintaining existing systems over new feature development.
