Job Title: C++ DeveloperExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, PuneJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong expertise in C++, VC++, MFC, STL, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing high-performance applications, troubleshooting software issues, and optimizing system performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C++, VC++, MFC, STL, and SQL.

• Design and implement scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Optimize code efficiency and performance, ensuring minimal memory and CPU utilization.

• Debug and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.

• Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.

• Maintain code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in C++, VC++, MFC, and STL.

• Proficiency in SQL for database operations and query optimization.

• Hands-on experience with multi-threading, memory management, and data structures.

• Knowledge of object-oriented design (OOD) and design patterns.

• Experience in debugging tools, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex applications.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, or similar tools).

• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Windows application development.

• Experience with COM/DCOM, Win32 API.

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
