We are seeking a skilled and experienced C++ Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a strong background in C++ programming. As a C++ Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students and professionals, helping them to enhance their programming skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 4 days Pay: \xe2\x82\xb93,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb94,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on C++ programming for students and professionals.
- Create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, and assignments.
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
- Assess trainees\' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C++ and incorporate new techniques and tools into the training curriculum.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and mentoring to trainees as needed.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training methodologies and content.
- Assist in curriculum development and course planning.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new trainees.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a C++ programmer, with a deep understanding of C++ language features, libraries, and tools.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a formal or informal setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools, including version control systems, debugging, and testing.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
