Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced C and C++ Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in C and C++. The trainer will provide hands-on guidance and instruction to help students or professionals develop their programming skills and proficiency in these languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in C and C++ to diverse groups of students or professionals.
• Provide hands-on coding support, debug issues, and offer real-time problem-solving guidance.
• Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in C and C++ programming languages and incorporate them into the training programs.
• Provide feedback to trainees to help them improve their coding skills and understand complex concepts.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive training approach.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
• Maintain training records and report on trainee progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in C and C++.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• Certification in training or relevant programming languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
