Acting as the central hub for procurement, overseeing tactical and operational tasks globally, and providing daily support to both internal and external stakeholders How will you make an impact?
- Execute, monitor, and facilitate daily procurement processes such as creating purchase orders and onboarding new vendors
- Supervise procurement automations to ensure smooth operations
- Assist procurement team members with tactical and technical tasks
- Support organization employees with basic procurement process inquiries
- Act as the central interface, knowledge hub, and gatekeeper for procurement matters Deliver timely and efficient responses and service
- Negotiate and manage tactical engagements effectively
- Engage in daily interactions with vendors
- Coordinate and collaborate with various functions within the organization
- Utilize multiple computerized systems for work efficiency
- Serve as a global backup resource when needed
- 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of experience as a procurement/supply chain agent in a high-tech environment
- Exceptional team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English with an excellent level of clarity and comprehension
- Demonstrates a strong service orientation and commitment
- Approachable with a "can do" attitude, resourcefulness, and creativity
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistently meets deadlines
- Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses negotiation skills and is a quick learner
- Flexible availability, including working hours aligned with the US time zone
- Experienced with office software and familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
