Supports KPS and Projects (Customers) and conducts and coordinates logistics activities/buying for projects in order to contribute to the success of the project by accurate and on schedule customer supply. Qualification : B.Tech./B.E. OR MBA in Supply Chain Management / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management. Experience : 5 - 10 years. Preferably from Wind Energy or Automotive industry. : Hands on experience on SAP MM Module, generate supply forecasts/delivery schedule (DS) based on production plan and get confirmation from all Suppliers. End-end P2P process management for Supply Chain and Material Handling function. Must have experience in SAP, Excel, MS office tools, Maintain optimum levels of Raw Materials inventory. Proactively manage the demand and supply planning and expedite foreseeing shortages by identifying issues and internal problems in o rder management and material handling. Monitor System Parameters and Quotas arrangement for Suppliers and bring changes wherever necessary. Review & take necessary actions on pending deliveries from Suppliers and report Suppliers\' delivery performance. Resolve Pending GRNs within stipulated time and ensure proper documentation. Convert open PR requests to a closed PO & DS within 2 weeks\' time. Contribute to ECN implementation. Capacity/Lead time analysis of suppliers based on demand projections. Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes. Ensure compliance to statutory regulations related to duties, taxes & forms. Identify areas for improvement to achieve optimum performance and make recommendations where appropriate. Follow Procurement KPI\'s to meet Targets / Deadlines as identified. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Strong knowledge in SAP and its systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Should have good command over English. Strong Power Point and Excel skills. Analytical & detail oriented approach.
