Job Description
:1. Having 8 -10 Years experience in procurement of Steel Castings of Various Grades.2. Knowledge required in ASTM Standards.3. Communicate to Supplier of Technical, Quality requirements and Commercial Terms and Conditions.4. PR to PO conversion for procurement of castings ( after checking Stock) with Approved Vendors.5. Obtain Order Acceptance from Vendors.6. Communicate to Vendors for 3 / 6 Months delivery requirement of Castings as per Production Plan.7. Obtain Delivery Commitment from Vendors.8. Obtaining Weekly Status Report ( progress of manufacturing), Expediting, Visiting Vendor Works to meet the delivery commitment.9. To Ensure On Time Delivery ( including GRN Posting, GRN Acceptance by co-ordination with Stores and Quality)10. To Ensure On time payment release to Vendors.11. To Resolve any disputes with Vendors.
