* Preperation of Pre-qualification documents

• Preperation of Procurement Templates
• Preperation of Request for Quotation / Enquiry and Tenders
• Floating of RFQ / Enquiry to listed vendors & contractors
• Follow up for Bid Acknowledgment & Offers from Vendors
• Discussion & resolution of Commercial queries
• Communication & Coordination for resolution of Technical queries
• Preperation of Techno-commercial bid evaluation
• Prepertaion of Commercial bid evaluation / Recommendation for Award(RFA)
• Preperation of Purchase Order
• Discussion and resolution of change requirements
• Preperation of Change Orders
• To lead a small team of Buyers

QualificationsEducation * Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - Mech, Civil, Chemical, E&I

• Diploma in Engineering - Mech, Civil, Chemical, E&I
• PG Diploma in Materaial Management or equivalent is an added advantage

Experience * B.E 6-10 Years

• Diploma 8-12 Years

Functional Experience * Understanding of Purchase process & SOP\'s

• Understanding on Commercial Terms & Conditions
• Understanding of Vendor financials
• Exposure in ERP systems
• Profiecient in MS Office

Industry Experience * Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Chemical

• Pharmaceutical. FMCG, Food & Bio, Mining
• Infrustructure, Buildings
