Job Description
• Identify and select reliable suppliers for fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain optimal stock levels based on sales forecasts and market trends.
• Procure high-quality produce while minimizing costs and wastage.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Conduct periodic vendor evaluations to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, seasonal availability, and pricing fluctuations.
• Identify opportunities to source new varieties or improve the current product range.
