- As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and productivity
- Utilize process excellence methodologies to redesign and optimize customer success and all other call center based operations processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process reengineering projects
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues
- Monitor and track customer success process performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives
- Utilize tools to analyze customer success data and identify areas for improvement
Skill Sets / Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Ability to build & execute processes that improve customer experience and costs
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified
- Proficiency in data analytics tools required
Qualification : MBA / B. Tech
Relevant Experience : 2 - 5 years in Process Engineering / Excellence
Reporting To - GM, Customer Success
Work Location - Noida
Working Days - 5 Days
