Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Pune. As a Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective franchisees, conducting market research and analysis, creating franchise business plans, and providing support and guidance to franchisees throughout the development process. Qualifications
- Proven experience in franchise development or business development
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Experience in creating and implementing franchise business plans
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
