Minimum Qualification


BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)



• Motivated Leader or potential to be Motivated Leader with experience in a fast-paced work environment. Proven success or shows capability in managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Highly organized and focused on delivering results.
• The role needs to be based in Chennai, India and should support Team USA during the 1st half of their day
• Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and coordinating various departmental efforts and project activities needing collaboration with IC process and tools; monitoring and reporting on the progress, performance, and outcomes of said projects; communicating and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
• Supply Chain Management
• ITO Process Coordination for USA with IC teams
• OTR Process Coordination for USA with IC teams
• IT and HR Process Coordination for USA with IC teams
• As Business Operations Coordinator, he/she is responsible for ensuring that all cross department (DES, SCM, F&A, ISD) collaboration are running smoothly.
• Internally collaborate with DES Functional and Project teams to integrate USA process execution into the IC process and tools to make sure business continues as usual with minimal downtime or interruption.
• The role of a BU coordinator involves facilitating communication, organizing tasks, and ensuring smooth collaboration among team members.
• Responsible for daily plan execution and hand-off from USA-India back to USA to resolve any blockers
• Responsible to drive performance by coaching/mentoring, setting objectives, leading meetings to resolve blockers and recommend process improvements
• Good Dashboarding, reporting and overall communication skills
• Excellent learning capability for new tools and processes
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills

• 5 years' experience in project management, business analysis, or operations/systems analysis
• Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, systems, and operations.
• Knowledge of project management methodology.

People Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Communicating with Business process owners.
• Assertive.
• Ability to lead new initiatives.
