Business Unit Head (RPO - IT Staffing)
- Primarily in-charge of the overall strategic vision, direction, and management of the division; directing all goals and objectives to achieve growth, financial success and stability.
- Client leadership: acts as a senior advisor to client executives, helping to identify the nature of specific problems they are facing and enabling client-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Lead and support sales and business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and land and expand opportunity development cycles.
- Evolve our service offerings, ways of working, pricing, and staffing models to keep us competitive and ahead of the curve.
- Oversee financial performance and risk profile while ensuring that all regulatory obligations are met; manage the design and implementation of new services.
- Oversee brand development and the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- An expert in general business operations, ensuring that all departments are supported, and policies and processes are continuously optimized.
- Develop proper operational measures and controls, internal structures, and reporting systems; assess existing operational processes and implement continuous improvement plans covering all aspects of business operations.
- Ensure the company is staffed with well-trained, quality, and engaged employees at all times by working closely with the executive management team to develop effective hiring, training, and compensation plans to retain top-caliber talent.
- Create an environment and build a culture that focuses on fulfilling the company\'s mission, vision, and values.
- You will partner with clients to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions, be responsible for growing client relationships and oversee Client Delivery Managers and their teams\' activities in driving client satisfaction and client engagement.
- You will create goals for your team and ensure those goals are met. Additionally, you will:
- Drive 100% customer retention and satisfaction through positive relationships and delivery
- Identify and nurture opportunities for growth and expansion
- Foster an environment of engaged and high-performing talent through development, training, and compliance

Qualification And Experience:
1. Graduate/PG with 10-14 years of experience in a BPO/RPO firm with hands-on experience setting up and scaling start-up business operations. A well-connected professional with productive relationships with leaders in the staffing and BPO space
2. Business savvy; an administrative and operations expert
3. Demonstrated experience owning P&L with a successful track record of optimizing the financial performance of a service line or business.
4. Working understanding of design thinking approach to problem-solving
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
6. Innovative and with a think-out-of-the-box mindset
7. Very analytical and has a working knowledge of current data visualization and dashboarding tools
