You will be responsible to lead the business, the strategy, business planning, marketing, and sales of this portfolio. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be accountable for formulating all strategic goals in relation to Rare Disease portfolio and provide a strong platform for continued growth of the area. Emphasis will be placed on the growth of business revenue, profits, quality of sales and marketing in India and developing talent for leadership positions Key Responsibilities

  • Provides strong sales & marketing leadership to ensure the achievement of portfolio P&L goals.
  • Build portfolio strategy based on strong science and market insight to deliver sustainable growth and brand market share.
  • Develops and successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with MA and CA team for Public/Private Market Access and Policy shaping (Federal / State).
  • Ensures effective cross-functional collaboration to manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy.
  • Ensure sales force deployment in line with strategy and commercial measures and ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Understands and build Dx capabilities for RD and Digital ecosystem for awareness and referrals.
  • Build and lead a strong CFT to drive internal and external stakeholder management to make a most meaningful difference to RD patients.
  • Coach/mentor the team through performance management, talent management and career development. Provide leadership to ensure consistent application, individual accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop Managers to be viable candidates for future Sales Leader positions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and drive cross-functional projects of strategic importance.
  • Steer business with strong ethical conduct and adherence to Compliance to protect the reputation of the Organization.
  • Have and display a strong Scientific expertise in RD \xe2\x80\x93 Sales, Marketing, Medical, Access.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential
  • Minimum 8+ years Sales and Marketing Leadership experience preferably in Rare Disease Solid.
  • Experience in Marketing > 3 years and has experience for new brand.
  • Experience in both India and Global market preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, budget management, presentation, and negotiation skill.
Desirable
  • Graduate Degree in Science or Medicine.
  • MBA is Preferable.
