• Use scripted surveys to ask relevant questions and ensure consistent data collection.
• Maintain a friendly and professional behavior while interacting with customers to encourage open and honest responses.
• Record survey responses accurately and efficiently in the designated database or CRM system.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all document verification interactions and outcomes.


Job Requirements:

• Graduate Freshers / experienced person in engaging customers with Tele calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Strong active listening skills to capture customer feedback accurately.
• Ability to work independently and meet survey targets within specified timelines.
• Hard-working individual.
• Good time management abilities.
