Overview:
The Business Systems CPQ Analyst position is a key internal support resource for Spacelabs Healthcare Field Sales, Service, Marketing and Sales Support organizations. The analyst is the key internal resource for the maintenance of the Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) database and will work with Marketing, IT, CPQ Vendor and Sales to continuously update and improve the application. Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Product Management organization to maintain and enhance the CPQ tool; develop and maintain the configuration pages, quote document generator, ongoing item maintenance and communication regarding changes to Sales Support.
- Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of CPQ, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications.
- Interface with CPQ vendor(s) with regard to issue resolution, updates and upgrades as well as improvements to the program and processes.
- Interface with business units in one or more product areas with regard to product introductions, enhancements, changes, user training, production planning, and promotions.
- Continually review systems, processes and procedures for potential improvements and cost savings.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or its equivalent in professional experience
- A minimum of 2 + years related job experience, experience in Oracle CPQ highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong project management skills.
- Proven proficiency with office applications (notably Excel and Word) Oracle CPQ, and ERP and CRM database programs.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; highly organized. Ability to make sound business judgments.
- Experience working positively and productively in a team environment, as well as working independently. Collaborative with highly developed relationship-building skills.
- Current knowledge of the Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia and Diagnostic Cardiology equipment and businesses in North America, preferred
- Excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills are required. Must be able to articulate clearly with all levels of organization.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Successful completion of any Spacelabs training required by Spacelabs (including training done at Company location).
