Data Management Scrum Master (w. Data Visualization)

• Supports the Data Enabling team with traceability and reporting of their work as a critical cross functional component of the overall Magellan project
• Works with the enabling team members and Product teams to ensure work is correctly identified and tracked through to completion:

• Responsible for facilitating team status calls E.g. daily stand up and weekly team meeting - and uses tools to provides prompt summarization, action items etc to the team
• Break down the user stories into tangible tasks
• Facilitate the collection, classification, prioritization and status tracking of tasks and action items
• Helps keep focus on the task at hand, the \xe2\x80\x9cconstant beating of the drum\xe2\x80\x9d within the team
• Participates in identifying and help execute best practices within the team and facilitates continuous improvement
• Brings the work of the team to life through compelling visualization:

• Supports Product Teams and PMO teams with data visualization (JIRA dashboard, Tableau dashboard etc.) capabilities
• Helps identify fun, clear and informative ways of presenting complex scenarios
• Uses the visualizations to showcase project BUILD progress, testing cycles status, mock data loads progress, and areas for continuous improvement
• Communicates often and stays accessible to help drive consistent ways of working across the team and facilitates teamwork
• Develops data collection templates to support test data requirements.

Qualifications and skills

• At lease 7+ years of project management experiences in Agile environments

• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with creating user stories, epic and features
• Experience with creating project Kanban board and reporting dashboard in JIRA
• Experiences with SAP implementations (SAP S4 HAHA implementation preferred)
• Experience with data visualization and data reporting - preferably Tableau
• Experience working with data teams and familiarity with the high level tasks and concepts
• Detail orientated, self starter with a passion to understand the why, not just the what of the work of the team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Life Science industry experience preferred
