We employ thousands of Twilions worldwide, and we\'re looking for more builders, creators, and visionaries to help fuel our growth momentum.About the jobThis position is needed to join our financial systems enablement Enterprise systems development team to design, configure, develop and test Zuora billing to support the requirements of the Finance, quote, Billing, AR, Revenue, Collections & Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic. Lastly you work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.This role is expected to be having strong knowledge in Zuora Billing, Subscriptions, product and pricing config, Cash application, Revenue and collection processes integrated with multiple upstream usage system and downstream systems. Able to understand and manage Twilio\'s entire I2C landscape in partnership with the Global Accounting and billing teams to drive automations and innovation. You will gather requirements, design, configure, develop and test the I2C processes in Zuora billing.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you\'ll:

• Design and develop platform/product extensions, as per Zuora SAAS delivery methodology, that meets the additional functionality specified by the Business team.
• Learn the skills required to translate business problems into technical solutions as per Zuora product roadmap.
• Provide support to the business team with the adoption approach around CPQ, QTC process
• Design, document, develop, configure, test, deliver and automate in areas of Q2C in various applications like Zuora, Subscription, billing, Revenue, Cash App, external collection systems.
• Ability to perform checks and monitoring the critical processes in production instances and proactively identify the issues and fix them
• Manage KLO operations and stakeholders support with daily activities, Financial close, reconciliations etc
• Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and to automate the delivery of KPI dashboards.
• Ability to develop and deliver cost effective workflows per business requirements - to create journals, invoke SaaS APIs, to upload monthly usage billing, create reports for critical month end processes
• Ability to use developer tools and events for performing data loads and amendments
• Ability to configure and develop payment integrations to invoke APIs and create payments
• Proficient in process and solution engineering, managing and delivering cross functional multiple projects and integrations with advanced presentation skills and authoritative communications
• Manage KLO, upgrades, stories in sprint delivery
• Develops and executes system conversion and implementations.
• Lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging the norm.

• Fresh grad with good knowledge on Zuora Billing, Cash App, Revenue and Collection processes.
• Strong knowledge of Customer master data management, Product and pricing configuration and integrations with multiple external systems for creating the data in Zuora billing.
• Must have knowledge on development of integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, Payment Gateways, and Avalara.
• Hands-on Zuora workflow experience is required to develop new workflows and enhance the existing ones.
• Knowledge on developing and executing system conversion and implementations.
• Good understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.
• Good understanding of Customer aging, AR to GL reconciliation and month end processes
• Should have a good knowledge of change management, Agile methodologies.
• B.Tech or an MBA graduate.
• Willing to work in EMEA Shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST)

• Zuora Billing certification.
