  • Provide support to Directors including diary management.
  • Assist in document production, reports, presentations, letters etc, (proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Arrange internal/external meetings and events and all the related coordination.
  • Regular liaison with the team to assist with daily workload.
  • Assist the Director(s) in collating monthly reports, sending e-mail reminders to the team where appropriate.
  • Experience in minutes of the meeting and follow up on agenda actions with the stakeholders.
  • Follow up and remind internal teams on any action that is necessary to report back to the senior management team.
  • Assist with market study research for micro market, sector, segment as requested.
  • Assist in preparation of content for social media, internal marketing collaterals, flyers.
  • Demonstrate ability to use various PowerPoint templates and AI tools in the market.
  • Demonstrate/experienced in working on MS Teams suite.
  • Assist in management reporting for various board meetings. Follow up on action plan post meetings.
  • Undertakes special projects, task as required.
  • Gathering information, primarily, through secondary research, utilizing sources such as company websites, databases, industry and trade associations and government agencies.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

  • Education - Any Graduate.
  • 3 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in MS Office suite, MS Teams suite and preferably Power BI with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong
with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. * Proven success in a collaborative, collaborative environment.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
