This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in people analytics, data analysis, and HR metrics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee data from various sources.Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Help identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and decision-making.Collaborate with the People Analytics team to develop and implement data-driven solutions.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Location:Remote -Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
