Responsibilities:

• Provide reporting and analytics support on key projects & programs
• Assist in all BAU reporting and CB/Corporate Center level scorecards
• Execute project plans and track action items to closure and report realization of benefits as required by CB
• Assist with key project reports, Senior Executive packs
• Manage appropriate governance around all aspects of CB initiatives (e.g. people, technology, firm assets, regulatory, compliance, financial)
• Monitor the Resiliency processes to proactively manage risk
• Manage GRE requirements and assist in pursuing seat sharing strategies to improve efficiency

Skills & Competencies:

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience required (at a minimum)
• A minimum of 3 years in the financial services
• Strong tab Tableau and sharepoint skills
• Proven Project Management experience
• Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items)
• Excellent analytical and oral as well as written communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projects
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required, as well as the ability to use web-based technology effectively
