Provide reporting and analytics support on key projects & programs
Assist in all BAU reporting and CB/Corporate Center level scorecards
Execute project plans and track action items to closure and report realization of benefits as required by CB
Assist with key project reports, Senior Executive packs
Manage appropriate governance around all aspects of CB initiatives (e.g. people, technology, firm assets, regulatory, compliance, financial)
Monitor the Resiliency processes to proactively manage risk
Manage GRE requirements and assist in pursuing seat sharing strategies to improve efficiency
Skills & Competencies:
BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience required (at a minimum)
A minimum of 3 years in the financial services
Strong tab Tableau and sharepoint skills
Proven Project Management experience
Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items)
Excellent analytical and oral as well as written communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projects
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required, as well as the ability to use web-based technology effectively
