Introduction:

Globalfoundries Global Business Strategy and Planning group (BS&P) is looking for an experienced and highly motivated digitization program manager to drive digitization of our data and workflows. The position will define, organize, drive, & train the digital transformation solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work with various business partners to define not only the digital solution but also standardize the business process
• Responsible for driving the solution across the organization
• Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in digital solutions to drive business process improvements
• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into easily digestible digital solutions for our developers
• Define Methodology, Standards & Best practices, establish governance and end to end solution architecture across the digital platforms
• Provide direction and leadership in promoting and implementing best practice solutions (business processes and application functionality)
• Participate and/or lead Data Integration and Migration Solutions
• Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
• Be part of building a larger digital team developing internal enablement programs

Required Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of driving operational improvements through digital transformations
• Strong expertise and understanding of multi-dimensional modeling
• Proven knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology \xe2\x80\x93 requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (agile methodology)
• Understanding of data/integration both inbound as well as outbound with various source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.)
• Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong systems aptitude, able to identify opportunities to leverage technology as an efficiency enabler
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences
• Possesses strong influencing, coaching, communication and facilitative skills
• Proven project management skills including oversight of project teams, resource identification, budgets, scheduling and planning
• Flexibility to travel as needed to worldwide GLOBALFOUNDRIES facilities (

10%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• An advanced degree (MSc, MEng, MBA or PhD) in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration / Finance, or Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical preferred)
• Working experience in a multi-cultural environment across different time zones
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder
• PowerBI Certified
• Scrum Certified
