Business Solution Design & Delivery LeadGurgaon, Haryana, IndiaAs AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Head of Business Solution Design & Delivery will oversee a pool of 20-25 Business Solution Design and Delivery colleagues. These Business Solution Design and Delivery colleagues are supporting projects in the solution design based on the E2E knowledge of processes and systems, and partners with the program managers on the roll-out of initiatives.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?xc2xb7 Will own the day-to-day aspects of people management covering hiring, onboarding, development, performance management and support of individual team members. Further the HR administration including time tracking, holiday tracking, performance tracking, input in compensation recommendations is part of the role.xc2xb7 Ensure a solid team structure and team bonding is achieved for your sub team. Allow knowledge transfer between colleagues from different practices in order to broaden the skillset and expertise of the individual team members.xc2xb7 Will oversee the successful engagement of the Business Solution Design and Delivery sub team you are responsible for on the various projects by providing guidance on approach and oversight of deliveries.xc2xb7 Ensure identification of methodology training needs of various services provided by BSDD across the pool of resources. Ensure consistency and quality of standards and documentation across programs and areas. Foster a learning environment by sharing best practices and lessons learned across team members.xc2xb7 Drive ongoing stakeholder engagement to obtain feedback on program execution and performance of your team members. Take actions as needed.xc2xb7 Manage external resources from Vendor process, onboarding, performance and delivery tracking to time tracking and invoicing process.xc2xb7 Identifying business solutions to various problems through workshops and interviews, conducting analyses and documenting deliverables, manage C-suite level stakeholders to drive the best business outcome.xc2xb7 Defining and documenting target designs and outcomes for strategic business decisions.xc2xb7 Applying change management tools and methodologies to drive adoption to enable full benefit realization.xc2xb7 Providing product ownership expertise.xc2xb7 Defining processes for continuous improvement.xc2xb7 Acting as a Business Advisor and ensure stellar quality in deliverables and documentation.xc2xb7 Develop close relationship with key business stakeholder of your project which allows you to act as thought partner and dare to challenge to achieve the optimum business outcome.xc2xb7 Understand interdependencies between different change initiatives and manage them proactively. Own the oversight of multiple change initiatives and develop a holistic change strategy which is targeted to your key stakeholder community.xc2xb7 Provide guidance / assistance to other key team members assigned to a development role / opportunity.xc2xb7 The candidate will be expected to self-directedly identify and deliver solutions on large cross functional programs. Coordination and program wide leadership within BSDD deliverables and effective stakeholder management is a key component for a successful delivery of this role.You will report to Head of Business Solution Design and Delivery.QualificationsSHARE your talentWexe2x80x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Experience in driving global cross functional programs in the insurance industry and international environment, coupled with other relevant experience.xc2xb7 Excellent people management skills and experience in managing large scale teams/pools of resources.xc2xb7 Significant experience in consulting roles, equipped with a broad set of tools and techniques for status assessments, solutioning, visualization and implementation of various business problems. Experienced and composed presenter and facilitator for workshops, forums, interviews and other business interactions. Maintain and promote a consultancy background and always drive for highest quality output.xc2xb7 Excellent Change Management skills, experience in assessing change impact and delivering change management activities targeted to various stakeholder groups, considering project interdependencies.Desired Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and creative mindset complemented with excellent social/collaboration skills.xc2xb7 Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation skills.
